■Clearly photograph the inside of a coal-fired power furnace or oil refinery furnace through the flames
It is possible to clearly photograph the deterioration of the walls and pipes inside the combustion furnace, the operating status of the burner, and the adhesion of clinker (ash and debris that adheres to the furnace walls, etc.) even through the flame.
■Maintenance-free with non-cooled sensor
- By combining the excellent sensitivity characteristics of a domestic uncooled sensor with a flame filter, it detects only the short wavelength band around 3.8 µm, where the effects of flame are removed.
・Compared to the conventional flame-through model equipped with a cooled sensor, it is significantly lower in price and maintenance-free. Since there is no need to replace the sensor cooler, you can use it without worrying about its service life and there are no maintenance costs.

■Wide-angle measurement inside the furnace with an insertable relay lens
By inserting a relay lens through the combustion furnace inspection port, etc., it is possible to photograph the inside of the furnace with a wide angle of approximately 100°. Furnace insertion type relay lenses are available by special order.
