About This Product

■Features

-Pour water into a U-shaped gauge tube (glass tube) and read the height of the liquid column (liquid level). Depending on the object to be measured, pressure such as differential pressure or gauge pressure is measured. ・The SP type is a single-tube manometer that uses a single gauge to read the liquid column difference by increasing the diameter on one side of the U-shape.

■Liquid reading position of U-tube manometer (meniscus)

The capillary reduction in the gauge tube causes it to be lifted and pulled down by the surface tension of the liquid. ・Differential pressure: Connect a pressure source to both the left and right connection ports and read and measure the difference in liquid columns between the two left and right sides of the gauge tube. ・Gauge pressure: Connect a pressure source to either the left or right connection port and read and measure the difference in liquid columns between the two left and right sides of the gauge tube.

■PW type (PWW type)

・A low-cost U-shaped manometer with a simple structure of a wooden base, dial plate, and glass gauge tube. ・Various scale plate nominal lengths are available from 100 to 2,000 kPa. The minimum scale is 0.01kPa, 0.02kPa. *KPa scale. ・The working fluid is water (PWW type). *Hydraulic fluid is not included. Please use distilled water. ・Also available with cover and drain cock.

■PA type (PAW type)

・A metal panel U-shaped manometer with a robust structure, with the main body base and connection port made of metal. ・Various scale plate nominal lengths are available from 100 to 2,000 kPa. The minimum scale is 0.01kPa, 0.02kPa. *KPa scale. ・The working fluid is water (PAW type). *Hydraulic fluid is not included. Please use distilled water. ・Fittings can be selected according to the type and material of the connecting pipe. (For rubber tubes, PT1/4 female threads, Φ6 metal tubes) - Comes standard with a cover and drain cock. ・Also available with stand.

■SP type (SPW type)

・Since it is a single tube type, the difference in liquid column can be read with a single gauge. ・A metal panel type single tube manometer with a robust structure where the main body base and connection port are made of metal. ・Various scale plate nominal lengths are available from 300 to 2,000kPa. The minimum scale is 0.01kPa, 0.02kPa. *KPa scale. ・The working fluid is water (SPW type). *Hydraulic fluid is not included. Please use distilled water. ・Fittings can be selected according to the type and material of the connecting pipe. (For rubber tubes, PT1/4 female threads, Φ6 metal tubes) - Comes with a cover as standard. ・Also available with stand.
