About This Product
Overcomes the weaknesses of conventional ultrasonic level meters. Self-diagnosis and automatic adjustment functions automatically adjust device parameters under all conditions, maintain optimal measurement conditions, and eliminate malfunctions caused by condensation, steam, stirring waves, etc.

・Automatic cleaning function: Detects water droplets on the transducer surface and automatically applies a rhythmic shock to make them fall.
・Automatic adjustment function When detecting ultrasonic attenuation due to steam or dust, the oscillation pulse is automatically adjusted to achieve the optimal intensity.
・Measurement is possible even in tanks with a stirrer or when installed close to the tank wall.
・Automatic cancellation function When unnecessary echoes from obstacles (tank walls, pipes, etc.) are detected, they are automatically canceled (ignored).
・Sanitary specifications
・Heat-resistant 130℃ for 30 minutes (can be steam sterilized while attached to the tank)
・SUS316L transducer (IDF1.5S, 2S, equivalent to ferrule installation)
・Compatible with pressurized liquid delivery and vacuum degassing Pressure resistance -0.1~0.5MPa (measured at -0.05~0.5MPa)

The automatic cancellation function of the ABM-U model automatically cancels unnecessary echoes from obstacles (tank walls, pipes, etc.), so it can be installed on interior walls, which was difficult to install due to constraints such as installation location and tank shape. It is also possible to install it close to the stirring tank.
