About This Product

■Robust structure

The entire outer periphery of resin parts such as the pump casing is covered with ductile cast iron. The rear casing, which is subject to the most stress, is reinforced with a fiber-reinforced plastic rear casing cover to ensure sufficient strength. The pump pressure limit is Max. 1.0 MPa, making it one of the strongest polypropylene pumps.

■ Strong against abnormal driving

All models have a structure (non-contact system) that can handle abnormal operations. It exhibits excellent durability even in the unlikely event of a misoperation such as air entrainment operation. *Dry running is strictly prohibited as it may cause damage to the pump.

■Uses back pull-out method

It has a safety-oriented design that allows for easy maintenance and inspection, using a back pull-out method that allows internal inspection and parts replacement while the piping is still in place (base type only).

■Cost saving, unit design

The pump part has a unit structure and can be easily maintained. There is no need for special techniques such as shaft centering adjustment or clearance adjustment. Cost-saving design allows consumables to be replaced individually.
