About This Product

■Improved resistance to abnormal operation

By adopting a non-contact structure and a self-radiation structure (PAT.), the durability during dry operation and air entrainment operation has been greatly improved.

■Non-contact structure

Unlike conventional magnetic pumps, the structure is such that the bearing and rear thrust do not come into contact even during dry operation or air entrainment operation.

■Self-radiation structure

By forcing the liquid around the spindle and bearings to circulate through the heat diffusion holes provided in the fixed parts of the impeller and magnet can, the sliding heat generated during abnormal operation is efficiently diffused, radiated, and cooled. Prevents thermal deformation and melting of resin.

■Excellent corrosion resistance

We use excellent corrosion-resistant materials such as carbon fiber reinforced ETFE (CFRETFE), fine ceramics, and carbon in the wetted parts. It is also possible to select the impeller size and motor output according to the liquid being handled.

■Robust structure

The pump exterior is covered with high-strength ductile cast iron, making it suitable for heavy-duty chemical process applications.

■Improved safety

The rear casing has a unique shape that does not concentrate stress, improving pump pressure resistance and the mechanical strength of the spindle support. In addition, for high temperature specifications, a double structure with an FRP rear casing cover is adopted. In addition to improving pump pressure resistance, the design pursues safety so that even if the rear casing were to break, there would be no immediate liquid leakage.
