About This Product

■Excellent corrosion resistance

Excellent corrosion-resistant materials such as CFRETFE (carbon fiber reinforced ETFE), fine ceramics, and carbon are used in the wetted parts. Compatible with a wide range of chemical solutions including acids and alkalis.

■Improved versatility

A modular design that takes into consideration the handling of high specific gravity liquids. By installing a commercially available motor, the range of liquids that can be handled has been greatly expanded.

■Improved maintenance workability

By using a rear casing retainer, it is now possible to attach and detach the motor section while keeping the pump section sealed. It is simple, has a small number of parts, and can be easily disassembled and inspected.

■ Strong against abnormal driving

We have adopted a self-radiation structure, which is a new mechanism unique to our company and has a proven reputation. Efficiently diffuses and dissipates the sliding heat generated during abnormal operation. Furthermore, the non-contact structure prevents the rear thrust and bearing from coming into contact even when running idly, reducing heat generation within the pump section.

■Self-priming speed up

The self-priming method is a gas-liquid separation method that does not use a chamber or self-priming valve. By comprehensively reviewing the pump parts, self-priming performance has been significantly improved (4m to 1 minute 30 seconds).
