About This Product

■Excellent corrosion resistance

We use many high-grade materials including CFRETFE (carbon fiber reinforced ETFE) as the main material.

■Self-radiation structure

By forcing the liquid around the spindle and bearings to circulate through the heat diffusion holes provided in the fixed parts of the impeller and magnet can, the sliding heat generated during abnormal operation is efficiently diffused, radiated, and cooled. Prevents thermal deformation and melting of resin. (Excluding MX-F100 type)

■Two-part volute casing

This is the first resin magnet pump to use a two-part pump casing, consisting of a front casing and a rear casing. By forming an ideal volute-shaped vortex chamber, the liquid coming out of the impeller can be efficiently guided to the discharge port (excluding MX-F400 type).

■Non-contact structure

By carefully arranging the driven magnet and drive magnet, the movement of the magnet can is controlled by magnetic force, and the structure is such that the rear thrust and the rear part of the bearing do not come into contact even when running idle. This prevents heat generation and secures a lubrication path. (Excluding MX-F100 type)

■Loose flange structure

The newly added loose flange type allows easy positioning during piping and improves work efficiency.
