About This Product

A compact gear pump that eliminates liquid leakage.A proven track record for incorporating various devices including medical equipment.

■High pressure/high vacuum

Despite its small size, it is capable of high pressure discharge of max. 0.6MPa and vacuum level of 5.3kPa.

■Excellent corrosion resistance

The wetted parts are made of excellent corrosion-resistant materials such as SUS316, PPS, and CFRPEEK, allowing the transfer of various chemical solutions.

■Sealless structure with no leakage

Seal-less structure with magnetic drive system prevents liquid leakage and eliminates the need to replace shaft seals.

■Excellent heat resistance

In addition to using heat-resistant materials, the gear pump body is precisely machined using unique technology, making it possible to transfer high-temperature chemical liquids. The standard type can be used at max. 95℃ (however, this varies depending on the model).

■Low noise, low vibration, compact

It is small and lightweight, and has low noise and vibration, making it suitable for integration into devices and equipment.

■Long life design

Demonstrates excellent durability even for long periods of continuous operation. There is also a type with a built-in relief valve to protect the pump.
