■Features
Just by wiping with Eleston α, in addition to cleaning, it is possible to eliminate static electricity from the object and create a state where it is difficult to charge.
・Even if it is forcibly charged, there is almost no charge.
- Can be expected to be effective on glass surfaces, hydrophobic plastics, and resin products. (Cannot be applied to water-repellent substances or coatings)
・Effectiveness lasts until washed away with water or until worn out.
■ Verification of decay time
Conventional anti-static sprays required long decay times, but boxes wiped with Eleston α had instant decay.
■Surface resistance value
Eleston α was confirmed to have a lower resistance value than conventional antistatic sprays.
■Transportation box for transporting products such as electronic parts and lenses
When manufacturing products such as lenses are transported using a transport box, foreign objects are attracted by the influence of static electricity and adhere to the product. By using Eleston α, we were able to reduce the attraction of foreign objects. There is a possibility of charging with a conductive box, but we were able to suppress charging by using Eleston α.

Foreign matter on the core may cause dents when winding the film. Generally, wiping is done with a solvent such as ethanol, but it becomes charged after wiping, which can attract foreign objects. Cleaning the core with Eleston α makes it possible to reduce adhering foreign matter. There are cases where foreign matter was reduced by more than 80%.
■Charge amount of resin products (PVC)
Untreated PVC was charged, but by using Eleston α, the effect of removing static electricity was seen.

Like PVC, untreated ABS was charged, but by using Eleston α, a static neutralization effect was observed.
■Attracting dust from resin products (PVC)
Untreated PVC was electrically charged, and adhesion was observed when fine particles were sprinkled on it.
