Daishin Paint Co., Ltd.

About This Product

Heat-resistant paints not only protect the objects they are coated with and provide aesthetic appeal like regular paints, but they also have the mission of protecting metal materials that deteriorate in high temperatures. Daishin Paint's heat-resistant paint ``Telpas'' is used in a wide range of applications, from incineration plants, boilers, vehicle mufflers to home appliances. In addition, for even more severe usage environments, we offer the ``Telpas Special Purpose Series.'' When it comes to heat-resistant paints, leave it to your solution partner, Telpas.

■Strengths of heat-resistant paint “TELPAS”

Film thickness is an important point when using heat-resistant paints. In the case of heat-resistant paints, there is a risk of "blistering" if you apply a thick film. If performance can be guaranteed even with thin coatings...Telpas will make this wish come true. Normally, heat-resistant paints require two undercoats and two top coats (film thickness 70-80μm), but Telpas' standard specification is one undercoat and one topcoat (film thickness 35-40μm). Even though it is a thin film, it has high rust prevention and weather resistance. In addition, by reducing the number of times of painting, work time is significantly shortened and the amount of paint used can be reduced, resulting in excellent total cost performance. Another strength of Telpas is its suitability for materials. Normally, a special paint is used to paint stainless steel, but "TELPAS" is a standard product that can be painted on both iron and stainless steel. When painting piping components made of a combination of iron and stainless steel, using Telpas will save you the trouble of masking and changing the paint, which can also lead to reduced inventory.
