About This Product

■Product features

・Can be cured at room temperature (secondary curing is required if heat resistance is required) ・Low viscosity and good workability ・Good adhesion to carbon cloth ・Good heat resistance ・IPDA (isophorone diamine) free ・Long pot life type

■Preliminary defoaming

・Main ingredient: After preheating at room temperature to 60℃, heat until bubbles begin to form intermittently. ・Curing agent: Cure at room temperature until bubbles appear intermittently.

■Measuring and mixing

Mixing ratio of main agent and curing agent: main agent/curing agent = 100/33 (weight ratio) - Accurately measure the required amount of base agent and hardening agent, mix and stir. ・Please use non-corrosive mixing vessels and stirring spatulas. Use a spatula-shaped object to stir, and do not use stick-shaped objects as they tend to cause poor mixing.Also, it is difficult to mix around the edges of the container, so be careful not to rub the edges of the container with a spatula and cause poor mixing. please do

■Defoaming after mixing

・Please defoam even after mixing the base agent and curing agent. Continue defoaming until air bubbles are generated intermittently. If degassing takes time, increase the temperature of the resin to 40°C to 60°C. ・The pot life will be shortened if the amount of resin is large. Also, please note that the pot life will change depending on the resin temperature. ・After mixing the base agent and curing agent, please do the work in a short time.

■How to use

Injection → curing → demolding → cleaning of containers and tools

■Storage of leftovers (after opening)

・After opening, thoroughly wipe the opening of the container for both the base agent and hardener, and then seal the container tightly. ・Please store in a cool, dark place with low humidity and use it up as soon as possible.

■Safety and health

- May cause skin irritation. Please be careful when handling ・If resin gets on your skin, immediately wash it with soapy water, etc. ・If you have a rash or pain, please consult a doctor immediately. ・Install a local exhaust system in the work area and ensure adequate ventilation.

■Storage before use (opening)

・The main agent can be used for 12 months if unopened and stored in a cool, dark place, and the hardening agent can be used for 6 months if unopened and stored in a cool, dark place. ・Please be sure to check the condition before use, and do not use if it has deteriorated.

■Disposal method

Please entrust the disposal to a licensed industrial waste disposal company.It is extremely dangerous to unnecessarily harden or incinerate it.
