■Lead-free automatic soldering equipment

This is an innovative soldering device that is compact and space-saving and compatible with mass production cell production for point soldering and long lead soldering.

■Features

・Preheat time, soldering time, solder separation speed, and solder separation angle can be controlled. ・Supports mass production with 4 transport carriers ・Supports variable and variable mixed production (conditions can be set individually for 4 carriers) (unit production possible) ・Good Pb-free solder absorption with bump jet ・Reducing solder shorts with rectified jet tilt raising ・Built-in point spray fluxer *100 points x 1,000 model memory ・Carrier station conveyor, carrier L-shaped guide and locking mechanism are standard equipment.
