・Uses 20 megapixel high-definition images. - Can be used for everything from electronic board assembly to large parts for automobiles and aircraft. - Inspection from multiple directions is possible using multiple cameras.

■Ample work space

- The standard distance between the camera and workbench is 1.2 meters. ・Basically, shielding from external light is not necessary. It can be used in an open environment without hindering work efficiency. - Multiple cameras can be placed. Image inspection from the X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis directions is also possible. ・For example, when installing screws, the placement of the screws can be confirmed using an upward camera, and the tightening of the screws can be imaged using a horizontal camera. - You can expand the shooting area (viewing angle) by using multiple cameras. Although it is often used on workbenches for cell production, it can be installed anywhere where a camera, light, and touch screen can be attached. - Image inspection functions can be added without significantly changing the design of existing production equipment. ・It is possible to use your own camera, lens, light, and image processing PC, but you must meet the usage conditions of Smart Claus. ・Can be linked with external devices such as measuring instruments, power tools, and PLCs.
