About This Product
NUTR is a similar series to NART, and is a full roller type without a cage. There are two types of outer diameters for the same inner diameter: NURT..R has a spherical outer ring, and NURT..SL has a cylindrical outer ring.
The needle rollers are arranged in double rows, making it suitable for heavy load applications and designed to withstand impact loads. Additionally, an iron labyrinth seal plate is inserted between the outer ring and side plate, making it non-separable. The seal plate is not in contact with the rolling surface, so it has no effect on the operating temperature. When installing it into the housing, install it so that the oil supply hole is located on the opposite side of the load side.
■Structure and features
JMC roller followers consist of an inner ring, outer ring, side plate, and a caged or full roller needle roller. SUJ2 is used as the material for each part. The seal also has the function of retaining lubricating grease and preventing foreign matter from entering from the outside. Grease is supplied from the lubrication hole on the inner ring.
Roller followers are suitable for heavy-load applications and are used as guide rollers, rocker valve rollers, eccentric rollers, rotary table rollers, etc. These are easy-to-install, inexpensive bearings that can easily be used in applications involving linear motion and conversion of rotational motion to axial motion.
