About This Product

■Structure

The WON linear motion guide S-S series has the same structure as the S series, with equal load in 4 directions, and a self-adjusting face-to-face combination (DF) structure. A spacer chain is installed between the balls of the rolling elements, and there is no collision between the balls during rolling motion, so the noise is lower than that of the all-ball type, and the stable lubrication action makes it possible to operate even at high speeds. Allows for quiet exercise. Additionally, the spacer chain acts as a lubricant pocket, so it has a longer lifespan than the S series.

- A low-noise type with improved friction characteristics and a spacer chain that prevents balls from colliding with each other, allowing for more stable lubrication and smoother running. - A long-life, low-dust generation type that uses a resin spacer chain to prevent balls from colliding with each other and from running out of the oil film. ・It has high quality, high precision, and can run at high speed, making it highly effective in saving labor. ・It is a high-rigidity, high-precision product that maintains stable running accuracy for a long period of time. ・Excellent wear resistance and low frictional resistance for long life. ・D/F structure with excellent automatic adjustment ability, equal load type in 4 directions, and highly rigid slim type. - Constructed with a variety of specifications for easy design. ・It is convenient to use because the rail and block are highly compatible. ・The rail, block, and ball are all made of SUJ2 material and are heat treated. (Grease nipple uses plated product)
