About This Product

■Features

The WON linear motion guide is a linear motion bearing with a structure in which rolling elements such as balls or rollers circulate smoothly inside the block, and the block can make infinite linear motion along the rail track surface. Ideal rolling motion is possible even while receiving high loads and equal loads in 4 directions, and the automatic adjustment ability of the linear motion guide absorbs errors and improves accuracy after assembly. In addition, the low friction coefficient and low wear make it possible to maintain accuracy for a long period of time, allowing for quiet operation even when running at high speeds.

■Advantages of linear motion guide

1. There is little friction variation due to the difference between static friction and dynamic friction and speed, and it has excellent responsiveness even during minute movements, enabling high-precision positioning and high-speed running. 2.Ideal rolling motion with low friction coefficient and low wear allows stable accuracy to be maintained over a long period of time. 3.Preloading can eliminate gaps and increase rigidity. 4.The lubrication structure is simple and maintenance is possible with easy grease or oil lubrication. 5.High rigidity makes it suitable for high-load applications, and the low coefficient of friction allows equipment to be made more compact and power consumption reduced.
