About This Product

■35MPa/ultra high pressure hydrogen filling nozzle

A nozzle for hydrogen filling dispensers made by WEH that complies with 35MPa and Japanese regulations. This product is manufactured by WEH, which has a high market share in the European CNG filling nozzle market.It uses materials made in Japan and has been made available for use in Japan through design changes. We began selling it in the spring of 2017 as a filling nozzle for industrial vehicles such as hydrogen-powered forklifts. The structure allows for one-handed removal from the dispenser mount, and the swivel mechanism that allows the rear part of the nozzle to rotate 250 degrees contributes to reducing stress when handling the hose. Since it can be used after undergoing a final inspection at the site of high-pressure gas equipment, we will prepare the necessary documents for the final inspection at the time of product shipment. This is a reliable product as maintenance is also undertaken at our domestic factory.

■Features

・Easy to operate with one hand, just like refueling at a conventional gas station. - Lightest and compact design. Weighs only 2.6kg (Japanese domestic specifications). - A rotating joint is installed at the filling nozzle to prevent twisting of the hose (rotation range of 250 degrees). ・High flow rate reduces filling time. -Equipped with a safety lock mechanism to ensure safety during filling. ・Regular maintenance can be performed at domestic factories. (Maintenance must be applied for one month in advance and takes approximately one week to complete.Usage limit is 100,000 times, basic seal parts must be replaced within 1 to 2 years after filling and use.)
