About This Product

■70MPa/ultra high pressure hydrogen filling nozzle

A nozzle for hydrogen filling dispensers made by WEH that complies with 70MPa and Japanese regulations. The nozzle for CNG filling dispensers was developed by WEH, which boasts a very high share of the European market, and has undergone minor changes to comply with Japanese regulations. Sales began in Japan in 2014, and it is currently being used at many hydrogen stations across the country. It has a structure that allows it to be removed from the dispenser mount with one hand, and the rear part of the nozzle rotates 250 degrees for high operability. The nozzle tip is equipped with a device (IR device) that reads data specified by SAE J2799, ensuring high reliability and delivering the best performance even in harsh environments of -40°C to +40°C.

■Parts specifications

Pressure-resistant parts: SUS316L Ni28.5 or higher (Ni equivalent material)

■Precautions when handling the product

・After filling, completely release the pressure and make sure no pressure remains inside the nozzle. ・Please discard it after filling it for the first 100,000 times. ・Please refrain from using it outside the specified temperature and pressure. ・After connecting the receptacle, please refrain from using it in movements that involve rotation.

■About maintenance

・We accept orders at our domestic factory. ・Please apply at least one month before the scheduled implementation date. ・It will take 5 business days for the machine to arrive. - Considering Japan's unique environment, please perform maintenance after one year and every two years thereafter.
