About This Product

■Equipped with air actuator. Angle type/stainless steel valve for equipment

Made of stainless steel. Valve for equipment piping (angle type) equipped with an air-operated actuator with a seat diameter of 6 mm.

■Features

・Angle type stainless steel diaphragm valve for equipment equipped with an air actuator. ・Highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel material is used for the valve body. - Straight type (PAVS-55L type) and minister-certified product (maximum working pressure 25MPa) are also available.

■Precautions when handling the product Operation pressure supply port

The operating pressure supply port is Rc1/8. Connect using appropriate fittings.

■Precautions when handling the product Valve opening/closing operation

・The valve opens by supplying an operating pressure of 0.7 to 0.9 MPa from the actuator's operating pressure supply port and maintaining the pressure. ・Warning: Do not use at operating pressures exceeding 0.9MPa. Doing so may cause damage to the actuator or significantly shorten its life. ・Warning: Do not use any operating fluid for the actuator other than dry air or inert compressed gas such as nitrogen. ・Caution: The valve may start to open around the operating pressure of 4kgf/cm2 (0.4MPa), but this will vary depending on the operating pressure conditions of the valve, so to ensure reliable operation, ensure an operating pressure of 0.7 to 0.9MPa. please.

■Precautions when handling the product Valve closing operation

・The valve will be closed by releasing the operating pressure from the actuator. The valve remains closed whenever operating pressure is not supplied. ・Warning: When closing the valve, completely release the operating pressure from the actuator. If operating pressure remains, the valve will not close completely.
