About This Product

■High cleaning clean specification Valve with air operated actuator

A diaphragm valve with an air-operated actuator that is a clean version of the PAS-55L type and has a proven track record of numerous installations. The final cleaning is carried out using ultrapure water in a clean room, and everything from assembly to inspection is carried out under strict manufacturing standards based on the High Pressure Gas Safety Act (excludes some gases).

■Features

・A diaphragm valve with an air-operated actuator that has been widely installed. -Uses SUS316L stainless steel material for the body. ・Final cleaning with ultrapure water in a clean room. ・Perform leakage measurement (internal leak, external leak) using a helium leak detector.

■Precautions when handling the product Regarding attachment to containers: To avoid risks such as personal injury or property damage, be sure to observe the following when attaching the valve to a container.

・Please install the appropriate type of valve according to the type of container specified by the High Pressure Gas Safety Act and the type of high pressure gas to be filled in the container. ・Do not use a valve whose expiration date stipulated by the High Pressure Gas Safety Act has passed. ・Make sure that the valve mounting screws on the container and the valve screws match. ・Clean the valve mounting threads on the container and the valve threads. Do not use screws with deformed, scratched, or dented threads as this may cause gas leakage or galling of the screws. - When installing the valve into the container, use an appropriate tool that fits the wrench part of the valve body (the thick flat part of the body) and has no looseness. If you tighten anything other than the wrench hook on the valve body or use inappropriate tools, the valve may be damaged. ・Be sure to check that there are no leaks after attaching the valve to the container.

■Precautions when handling the product Other precautions: To avoid risks such as product failure or accidents, be sure to observe the following.

・Do not disassemble the actuator. - Do not handle the actuator in a way that applies excessive force to it. ・When installing or removing the fuse plug, make sure that the container valve is not pressurized. If you work under pressure, there is a risk that the safety plate may be damaged and gas may leak.
