About This Product

■Significantly smaller, lighter, and higher thrust than conventional machines

Automatic valve equipped with a small, lightweight, and high-thrust actuator. Compared to conventional machines of the same type, the actuator load has been significantly increased from 3500 [N] to 5000 [N]. The automatic opening/closing part has also been made even smaller and lighter. In addition, the oil-free structure allows it to be used safely in any environment. The valve structure uses the proven 55L type, and standard protective caps for small actuators can be used. From assembly to inspection, we carry out strict manufacturing based on the High Pressure Gas Safety Act (some gases are not covered).

■Features

・Equipped with high thrust actuator. Achieved a significant increase in the conventional actuator thrust from 3,500N to 5,000N. ・The actuator is significantly smaller and lighter than conventional products. Easy to attach, detach and install containers. -Uses SUS316L stainless steel material for the body. ・Since strong closing force is always applied to the seat, stable valve sealing performance can be obtained. ・Ensures an effective large flow rate for liquefied gas valves. ・The actuator has an oil-free structure, so it can be used with confidence. (*Please contact us regarding the slow start function type) - Compatible with a wide range of gases, from special material gases such as phosphine and arsine, to high-purity helium, high-purity chlorine, and liquefied gases such as ammonia. ・A type that allows an orifice to be installed inside the filling port is also available.
