About This Product

■Uses a new direct seal structure that achieves a 50% increase in Cv value

A direct seal diaphragm valve with high cleaning and clean specifications that is compatible with high-purity gas containers. The new direct seal structure minimizes dead space and achieves a 50% increase in Cv value compared to general direct seal structures. Manufactured strictly in accordance with the High Pressure Gas Safety Act (excludes some gases). Ideal for special material gases such as silane, phosphine, arsine, etc.

■Features

- New direct seal diaphragm structure that minimizes dead space inside the valve and greatly improves purge performance. ・Cv value increased by approximately 50% compared to general direct seal structure. Supports future large flow consumption. ・Precise internal polishing (1S or less) is performed on the gas contact part of the valve body. - The safety valve uses a special shaped material that is protected by the main body. A structure that cannot be opened or closed except with a dedicated jig prevents erroneous operation. ・Final cleaning with ultrapure water in a clean room. ・Perform leakage measurement (internal leak, external leak) using a helium leak detector. ・In addition to the type that allows an orifice to be installed inside the filling port, the lineup includes the manual valve type AD-MS type and the automatic valve type AD-PS type.
