■Stainless steel economy model now RoHS compliant

A RoHS Directive (10 substances) compliant model developed based on the stainless steel ball valve economy model BST-01. By reviewing the design and manufacturing, we achieved both functionality and economy. Adopts SCS14A, which has properties equivalent to SUS316, and can be used with various fluids. It features a lever handle with excellent operability. The main components are made of highly accurate lost wax molded stainless steel. It has superior corrosion resistance compared to the similar SCS13, and can be used in a wide range of applications, including piping for various devices and factory equipment. In addition, its compactness makes it ideal for installation in equipment and piping that require downsizing.

■Features

・RoHS directive (10 substances) compliant model based on BST-01 type. - Pursuing the best balance between functionality and economy by simplifying design and manufacturing. - Adopts a lever handle with excellent operability. ・Uses stainless steel material (SCS14A) with excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance for main parts such as the body. ・Adopts floating ball valve structure (What is floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball. The differential pressure when fully closed causes the ball to move to the secondary seat. (By being pressed against the flow path, it is possible to close the flow path with even more stable airtightness.) - All airtight parts use PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability. - Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body. ・The airtightness is further improved by the airtightness created by the internal pressure and the spring effect created by the conical spring (disc spring). -Easy to open and close by simply rotating the handle 90 degrees, and the open/closed status of the valve can be clearly determined by the handle position.
