About This Product
■Secures large flow rate by suppressing fluid resistance and pressure loss
A full-bore equivalent type stainless steel ball valve that supports large flow rates. The inner diameter of the connecting pipe and the bore diameter of the valve are almost the same, suppressing fluid resistance and pressure loss when fully opened. Adopts SCS14, which has properties equivalent to SUS316, and can be used in a variety of piping applications. Adopts stainless steel material with lost wax molding with excellent precision.
It also has superior corrosion resistance compared to the similar SCS13, and the full packing structure that does not use O-rings allows it to be used in a wide range of applications such as piping for various equipment and factory equipment. Additionally, we have a large track record of custom-made products (specification changes) based on this product.

■Features
・Full-bore specification that ensures maximum flow rate with low fluid resistance and pressure loss.
・Stainless steel material (SCS14) with excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance is used for main parts such as the body.
・Adopts floating ball valve structure (What is floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball. The differential pressure when fully closed causes the ball to move to the secondary seat. (By being pressed against the flow path, it is possible to close the flow path with even more stable airtightness.)
- All airtight parts use PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
- Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body.
・The airtightness is further improved by the airtightness created by the internal pressure and the spring effect created by the conical spring (disc spring).
-Easy to open and close by simply rotating the handle 90 degrees, and the open/closed status of the valve can be clearly determined by the handle position.
・An oil-free specification is also available for each grade (TSS-30 type).
