About This Product
■Standard model made of stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance.
A standard model of Hamai stainless steel ball valves with a one-piece forged body that provides high toughness and minimizes leakage. Equipped with a lever handle that is easy to operate. In addition, drawn stainless steel material (some extruded material) is used for the main parts. Compared to cast products, it reduces the risk of cracking of threaded parts during piping.
The hexagonal body has excellent workability, and the compact design makes it ideal for piping in narrow spaces where space is limited, and for use in equipment that requires downsizing. Additionally, we have a large track record of custom-made products (specification changes) based on this product.

■Features

- Highly tough body with seamless one-piece structure made of drawn stainless steel material (partially extruded material) minimizes the risk of external leakage.
・Adopts floating ball valve structure. (What is the floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball.The ball is pressed against the secondary seat by the differential pressure when fully closed, creating an airtight seal. (This makes it possible to close the flow path in a more stable state)
- All airtight parts use PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
- Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body.
・The airtightness is further improved by the airtightness created by the internal pressure and the spring effect created by the conical spring (disc spring).
-Easy to open and close by simply rotating the handle 90 degrees, and the open/closed status of the valve can be clearly determined by the handle position.
・Oil-free specifications are also available (BSS-43/833 type) that correspond to each grade of Hamai standards.
