An economy model based on the FBT-101 model with a key lock function using a padlock (sold separately). Ensures flow rate equivalent to full bore. It can be reliably locked in the fully open/closed state, preventing accidents caused by accidental contact with the handle or vibration. It is also effective in preventing equipment and piping equipment failures and as a safety measure. By simplifying design and manufacturing, we have pursued the best balance between functionality and economy.
Adopts a lever handle type that is easy to operate. Additionally, we have a large track record of custom-made products (specification changes) based on this product.

- Adopts a high-toughness body made of brass forging. Compared to cast products, the risk of cracking of threaded parts during piping is reduced.
・Adopts floating ball valve structure (What is floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball. The differential pressure when fully closed causes the ball to move to the secondary seat. (By being pressed against the flow path, it is possible to close the flow path with even more stable airtightness.)
・The sheet uses PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
・Double O-ring structure maintains stable airtightness to the outside. Fluororubber is used as the material for the O-ring, allowing it to be used under a wide range of conditions.

-Easy to open and close by simply rotating the handle 90 degrees, and the open/closed status of the valve can be clearly determined by the handle position.
