■Full-bore type with low fluid resistance and maximum flow rate when fully opened.
A full-bore type brass ball valve that supports large flow rates. Since the inner diameter of the connecting pipe and the bore diameter of the valve are the same, fluid resistance is low when fully open, and pressure loss is also kept to a minimum. With highly versatile specifications, it can be used in a wide range of applications. In addition, a high-toughness body made of brass forging is used. Compared to cast products, the risk of cracking of threaded parts during piping is reduced.

Taking advantage of its compact size, it is also ideal for installation in equipment and piping that require downsizing. - Adopts a high-toughness body made of brass forging. Compared to cast products, the risk of cracking of threaded parts during piping is reduced.
・Adopts floating ball valve structure (What is floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball. The differential pressure when fully closed causes the ball to move to the secondary seat. (By being pressed against the flow path, it is possible to close the flow path with even more stable airtightness.)
- All airtight parts use PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
・PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability, is used for the seat parts. Fluororubber is used for the O-ring, so it can be used under a wide range of conditions.
・Double O-ring maintains stable airtightness to the outside.
-Easy to open and close by simply rotating the handle 90 degrees, and the open/closed status of the valve can be clearly determined by the handle position.
・Oil-free specifications are also available (HBS-47 type), compatible with each grade of Hamai standards.
