About This Product

■Compatible with low pressure steam. Used in a wide range of applications such as various equipment and factories

Brass ball valve for low pressure steam, compatible with high temperatures up to 180℃. Adopts a hexagonal body with excellent workability. The entire ball valve has a compact design, making it ideal for piping in narrow spaces where installation space is limited. The gland section is equipped with double packing with a shape that has a highly effective sealing effect, and a conical spring prevents thermal deformation and a drop in seal surface pressure, enabling long-term use. In addition, a high-toughness body made of brass forging is used. Compared to cast products, the risk of cracking of threaded parts during piping is reduced. It can be used not only for steam piping in various production equipment and factory equipment, but also for regular piping. Additionally, we have a large track record of custom-made products (specification changes) based on this product.

■Features

・For low pressure steam compatible with high temperatures up to 180℃. ・Highly tough body with seamless one-piece (integrated) structure by hot forging minimizes the risk of external leakage. ・Adopts floating ball valve structure (What is floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball. The differential pressure when fully closed causes the ball to move to the secondary seat. (By being pressed against the flow path, it is possible to close the flow path with even more stable airtightness.) - All airtight parts use PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability. - Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body. ・The airtightness is further improved by the airtightness created by the internal pressure and the spring effect created by the conical spring (disc spring). -Easy to open and close by simply rotating the handle 90 degrees, and the open/closed status of the valve can be clearly determined by the handle position.
