About This Product

Brass ball valve for full-scale steam use, compatible with high temperatures up to 200℃. It has a highly durable design for long-term use, and has a long neck that makes it easy to wrap insulation and heat retention material. Ideal for steam piping in various production equipment and factory equipment. The gland section is equipped with double packing with a shape that has a highly effective sealing effect, and a conical spring prevents thermal deformation and a drop in seal surface pressure, enabling long-term use.
In addition, a high-toughness body made of brass forging is used. Compared to cast products, the risk of cracking of threaded parts during piping is reduced. In the unlikely event of an emergency, the structure allows the gland nut to be retightened, and one of its features is its high level of safety. It can be used not only for steam piping in various production equipment and factory equipment, but also for regular piping. Additionally, we have a large track record of custom-made products (specification changes) based on this product.

・Highly tough body with seamless one-piece (integrated) structure by hot forging minimizes the risk of external leakage.
・Adopts floating ball valve structure (What is floating ball valve structure? A PTFE sheet that provides excellent airtightness is placed in the flow direction to support the ball. The differential pressure when fully closed causes the ball to move to the secondary seat. (By being pressed against the flow path, it is possible to close the flow path with even more stable airtightness.)
- All airtight parts use PTFE, which has excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
- Structure that prevents the stem from popping out from inside the body.
・The airtightness is further improved by the airtightness created by the internal pressure and the spring effect created by the conical spring (disc spring).
-Easy to open and close by simply rotating the handle 90 degrees, and the open/closed status of the valve can be clearly determined by the handle position.
