1. Selectable functions
The HRX-01, which is used by connecting to a computer, can be customized to suit your needs. At the time of introduction, you can build a system with only the necessary functions, reduce initial investment, and expand the system by adding functions later.
2. Remote operation by electric control
The HRX-01 system is compatible with a motorized zoom lens and 3-axis motorized stand, allowing full electrical control without touching the lens or stand, making it easy for anyone to operate. Online tools allow remote operation from a distance.
3. Watch
``Live Focus'' instantly focuses the entire field of view displayed on the screen, ``Live HDR'' allows you to always observe in real time with optimal brightness, and ``Live HDR'' allows you to change the camera settings that are optimal for the image being displayed with one click. By importing images with MAP at low magnification (wide field of view), anyone can easily see clearly where they are observing on MAP when observing at high magnification (narrow field of view). observation is possible.
4. Take a photo
It supports various shooting functions such as still images, videos, and timers. The recorded images also include the shooting conditions, so when re-observing the same sample, it is possible to read out the same shooting conditions as the previous image. It also supports an image linking function that creates high-resolution, wide-field images, going beyond the conventional wisdom of optical microscopes that the higher the magnification and resolution, the narrower the field of view.
5. Measure
2D measurements such as length, width, area, angle, radius, etc., and 3D measurements such as height difference, volume, and roughness (Ra, Rz, Rzjis) of the object surface are possible. Measured images and measurement results can be easily transferred to Excel for report creation using the Excel transfer function. The HRX-01 has high software extensibility, and is compatible with contamination inspection software that can count minute particles and contaminants, and measure area.
We also create reports that comply with standards related to cleanliness measurement (ISO160232, VDA19.1).
