Designed primarily for small-batch manufacturing environments, the N20-W is an ideal gravimetric dispenser when producing water-based, oil-based, or UV-curable based products. The N20-W is a cost-effective system designed to provide the benefits of fully automatic gravimetric dispensing without the large investment. This system is designed for small batch manufacturing producing batch sizes of approximately 4L to 20L.
The equipment can be installed in a fully functional state in just a few hours. The N20-W uses a stainless steel valve with two-stage operation. This unique valve technology optimizes dispensing speed and dispensing accuracy, providing extremely precise batch after batch.
Eight to a maximum of 12 valves can be arranged to discharge into a standard 4L pail with an approximately 15cm open top. Raw materials can be pumped from buckets, drums, or containers.
