The D600 automatic paint co-dispensing dispenser is a well-established and reliable gear pump machine that combines superior capacity and dispensing speed in a narrow depth. It is an ideal solution when medium to high capacity productivity is required in limited space. COROB D600 has a high flow rate and simultaneous dispensing capability of up to 6 liters per minute, meeting the demands of professional paint stores and high-volume paint distribution centers.
The equipment is powered by tested and proven COROB gear pump technology combined with the latest smart 5G electronics. Ideal for architectural and industrial toning systems, the gear pump is also available in stainless steel for optimal performance under abrasive and corrosive conditions. The combination of a 3-way valve with colorant recirculation and advanced 5G management ensures stable and highly accurate color matching results.
This equipment features an external head frame and a variety of options to facilitate handling of heavy paint cans. The automatic platform simplifies the task of loading and unloading cans by automatically positioning them at the appropriate height according to the size of the can.
Other options include a semi-automatic platform or a model with the platform removed for customers who wish to create an in-line workflow using an external roller conveyor. Modular scalability for up to 24 dyes and a wide range of canister sizes to choose from provide some flexibility.
