The COROB EVOPWR is a high-speed simultaneous dispense dispenser with the ability to dispense up to 8 liters of colorant per minute, with the flexibility to be configured to meet your exact business needs. As the ultimate solution, EVOPWR can be configured with different combinations of single drive gear pumps or bellows pumps to precisely match your productivity requirements.
To maintain optimum conditions for difficult-to-handle colorants, individual parameters can be selected for dispensing, agitation and recirculation, and the pump is activated only when needed, maximizing reliability and reducing TCO. (total cost of ownership) and power consumption is reduced by 50%.
For less demanding situations, the EVOPWR can also be configured using the popular central drive gear pump technology that COROB is known for and provides the highest levels of productivity and precision. The optional purge-free INV system is a revolutionary, patented dispensing nozzle with 100% in-pipe recirculation and a sealed nozzle. Preventing colorants from drying out prevents color matching mistakes, saves time and money, and helps the environment by eliminating waste from purging.
EVOPWR offers great customization with a wide range of canister sizes and layouts, accommodating up to 32 dyes in an optimized footprint for any configuration. Can be equipped with semi-automatic or fully automatic shelving and roller conveyor systems for easy handling of paint cans of all sizes. The optional gravimetric module is ideal for inks and other applications that require weight-based dispensing.
