On-flow continuous cell separation. 3ml of cell suspension in just 10 minutes.

◼︎Principle
Percoll layers with different specific gravities are formed in a disc-shaped separation column, and the sample is introduced from the inside. A method in which samples with different specific gravities flow stably in each specific gravity layer and are collected from each of the six column outlet ports.

・Continuously fractionate large amounts of samples on-flow
・Density gradient and flow rate can be set arbitrarily according to the specific gravity of target cells.
・Separate white blood cells from blood without hemolysis
