- Analyze the measurement data in the "trend display function" folder at once and see at a glance how much vibration has changed within the period
- "Comparison function" allows you to easily display and compare two pieces of data in the folder
・"Analysis function" In addition to displaying acceleration waveforms, it is also possible to display velocity waveforms and FFT waveforms.
- Immediately notify you of abnormal data using the Tips function and screen color, so you can respond immediately without missing any abnormalities.
Flow of analysis
■STEP1 Measurement
Perform data measurement (using software compatible with each hardware)
■STEP2 Save measurement data (csv format)
Save the measured data in the set folder (it is OK to copy data saved in another folder to the set folder)
■STEP3 Automatic trend graph creation
-Analyze all data in the folder. Display “RMS” of acceleration and “RMS” of “Peak” speed from data in a trend graph
・Data from up to 4 locations can be managed individually
・Graphs that exceed the threshold will be notified of an abnormality with a red frame
- On the "TiPS" screen, you can see at a glance which sensor's item has an abnormal value.
・You can arbitrarily select two pieces of data in a folder and compare them.
・In addition to comparing acceleration and velocity waveforms, it is also possible to compare two feature quantities, "RMS" and "Peak".
・FFT analysis results can also be compared, and the maximum value and its frequency can be displayed side by side, making it possible to compare without missing any changes.
