"Gather! Vibration Data-kun System" is a predictive maintenance system package for equipment maintenance personnel. Since the status monitoring data of production equipment is automatically aggregated, the time consuming data compilation can be used for other tasks.
■What you can do with “Gather! Vibration Data-kun System”
・Measurement data is automatically aggregated into a trend graph, and you will be notified immediately if an abnormality occurs.
- Automatically analyzes acceleration, velocity, and FFT from measurement data and displays it in graphs. Each analysis result can be displayed for comparison by overlaying two measurement data.
・Easy installation with wireless sensor, and easy measurement operation with simple software.
Flow of analysis
■STEP1 Measurement
We perform vibration measurement of equipment.
■STEP2 Save measurement data (CSV format)
Save the measured data. Specify any location within the analysis software's summary folder as the save folder.
■STEP3 Automatic trend graph creation
- Aggregates all data in the folder and displays acceleration "RMS", "Peak", and speed "RMS" in a trend graph.
- Capable of measuring up to 4 locations. Each can be managed individually.
- Graphs that exceed the threshold will be notified of an abnormality with a red frame.
- On the "TiPS" screen, you can check at a glance which sensor's item has an abnormal value.
