<Denka Hit Plate> consists of an epoxy-based insulating layer filled with highly thermally conductive inorganic filler and conductive foil on an aluminum base, and has a high thermal conductivity that is equivalent to or lower than that of an alumina ceramic substrate. It is a metal substrate. It is used in a wide range of fields, including air conditioner inverters, automotive parts, motorcycle electrical components, and communication equipment power supplies, and has received high praise from the market.
