■Summary・The XYθ-axis stage is a stage that allows fine adjustment in 3-axis directions.
・Since the fixed sample can be positioned with high precision, it is also useful for non-optical applications (such as jigs for measurement and analysis).
- Positioning on the XY axes and fine adjustment in 360° directions by rotating the θ axis are possible.
- In the photo, the adjustment functions are configured in the order of X-axis, Y-axis, and θ-axis from the bottom.
・Travel amount TSC3-40: X, Y ±6.5mm, θ coarse movement 360° & fine movement ±5°
・Travel amount TSC3-60: X, Y ±6.5mm, θ coarse movement 360° & fine movement ±5°

The method for determining each axis of our products is as follows (directions are explained in the photo).
・Z-axis direction: from bottom to top
・X-axis direction: From the front right to the back left (parallel to the optical axis)
・Y-axis direction: Direction from front left to back right (direction perpendicular to Z-axis and X-axis)
・α-axis: Expresses the rotational degree of freedom around the X-axis (rolling)
・β-axis: Expresses the rotational degree of freedom around the Y-axis (pitching)
・θ-axis: Expresses the rotational degree of freedom around the Z-axis (yawing)
