■Features
The TH510 series semiconductor C-V characteristic analyzer is an analyzer designed by TECHMIZE for semiconductor materials and power devices based on the current development trend of semiconductor power devices.
This instrument has an integrated design and can test the parasitic capacitance and CV characteristics of semiconductor power devices such as diodes, transistors, MOSFETs and IGBTs with a single touch. Both single and modular power devices can be quickly tested with one touch without the need for frequent wiring changes or parameter settings, making it suitable for rapid testing and automation integration in production lines.
CV curve scan analysis capabilities also meet laboratory requirements for semiconductor materials and power device R&D and analysis. The design frequency of this equipment is 1kHz to 2MHz, VGS voltage reaches ±40V and VDS voltage reaches ±200V/±1,500V/±3,000V, meeting the testing requirements of most power devices.
