Combined with excellent frequency and power stability, the SSG6000A is an ideal solution for applications such as LO emulation, receiver, ADC/DAC, and component testing.

■High and stable output powerSSG6000A has high frequency and power stability in the working temperature range of 0~50℃. Long-term stability is important for aging and life cycle tests lasting days or weeks. Equipped with an OCXO reference oscillator as standard, ensuring highly accurate and highly stable signal output.

+22dBm high output power can test high power devices without external amplifier and overcome the loss for a more accurate and stable test system. The combination of high output power, low-order harmonics, and standard step attenuation is suitable for characterizing broadband microwave components such as filters and amplifiers.
