SSG5083A/SSG5085A is an RF signal generator with output specifications in the frequency range of 9kHz to 13.6/20GHz, equipped with AM, FM, PM modulation, pulse modulation, pulse train generator, and power meter control functions. Equipped with an OCXO reference oscillator as standard, achieving signal output with excellent accuracy and stability.
Designed for use in communications, aerospace, national defense, and other fields, it supports a variety of application scenarios such as research and development and manufacturing.
■Pulse generator
Equipped with a pulse generator function with a minimum pulse width of 20ns as standard. Additionally, the optional pulse train generator function supports pulse numbers from 1 to 2,047, enabling complex pulse simulations.
