TH2838/TH2838H/TH2838A is a new generation impedance tester that currently uses the world's most advanced automatic balance bridge theory. With a basic accuracy of 0.05%, speeds up to 5.6 ms, frequency ranges from 20Hz to 2MHz, and impedance test ranges up to 1GΩ, this new impedance tester is particularly suited for testing capacitors with low D values and high Q values. We can meet your inductor testing requirements.
The four-terminal pair configuration eliminates the effects of test cable electromagnetic coupling and extends the low-impedance test floor by a factor of 10 over a tester with a five-pair configuration.
TH2838/TH2838H/TH2838A supports 20V AC test signal and 40V DC bias, and the newly added improved multi-parameter list sweep/graphic analysis helps customers expand their component comprehensive evaluation capabilities .
