The SDG1000X exceeds the 60MHz channel bandwidth limitation and provides high performance square wave output with dedicated circuitry. Although the maximum bandwidth is 60MHz, it can output a high quality 60MHz square wave.

■Innovative EasyPulse technology
In traditional DDS methods, if the relationship between the sampling rate and the output frequency is not an integer multiple, a jitter of one sampling period will occur, but EasyPulse technology can completely solve this problem. In addition to low jitter square wave and pulse output, it offers the following benefits:
・Pulse frequency up to 12.5MHz
・Rise time and fall time can be adjusted individually down to a minimum of 16.8ns
・Pulse width can be finely adjusted down to a minimum of 32.6ns
・Minimum 0.001% duty ratio
・Low jitter
■TrueArb technology
TrueArb technology enables output with lower jitter and lower distortion than traditional DDS methods. It also has the ability to output arbitrary waveforms point by point. In addition to being able to output waveform data without leaking it, it has the following advantages:
・Retains detailed data with 16kpts memory length (arbitrary waveform)
・14bit vertical resolution, higher signal fidelity
- Generate and output arbitrary waves according to customer requirements using standard PC software EasyWave

・Supports two burst modes: N-cycle and gate
・Equipped with a 2-channel composite waveform output function that supports the synthesis of noise, modulation signals, sweeps, bursts, and arbitrary waveforms.
・Harmonic signal synthesis simulation is possible with the harmonic function.
