■Using super engineering plastic, high balance of reliability and brightness
Adopts a thermally conductive resin called "Super Engineering Plastic," a high-performance resin with extremely high heat resistance and mechanical strength. It can be used for long periods of time even at temperatures of 150℃ or higher, and although it is lightweight, it has extremely high mechanical strength, making it a material that is attracting attention for use in aircraft and automobile parts.
It can also be used as a heat sink for LEDs as an alternative to aluminum, and was adopted as an early commercially available LED bulb, making up the entire body of the POWER LED. It has high workability, and the surface area has been significantly increased by machining fine pyramid-shaped protrusions. It is now possible to stably protect the internal circuits from heat sag and heat generated by high-brightness LED chips.
