The GFU08 series, which has a movable SF6 gas cylinder, is a device that can be used for filling SF6 gas. This model can be used worldwide with various mechanical and electrical connections.
Models GFU08-E and GFU08-C are equipped with a vacuum pump. This vacuum pump is used to remove air from the tank that will be filled with SF6 gas, and will then be able to be filled with SF6 gas. This vacuum pump has a performance of 16m3/h and achieves a vacuum level of less than 1mbar (0.75 torr). It can also be changed to a pump with a maximum performance of 40m3/h for larger filling tanks. It is also possible to achieve vacuum levels of up to 2 x 10-3 mbar using a two-stage vacuum pump. This feature minimizes the risk of moisture or air remaining in the SF6 gas filling tank.
The weighing scale installed in models GFU08-W and GFU08-C allows you to accurately check the amount of SF6 gas filled by weighing the cylinder. This device is an ideal tool for the preparation of emission reports according to the IPCC directive using the mass balance method. The weight measuring section on which gas cylinders are placed has a special flat design, allowing even one person to easily load and unload the cylinders.
