About This Product

■ Scope of use

Test pumps are used as pressure generators for testing, adjusting, and calibrating mechanical and electronic pressure gauges. These units can be used in the laboratory, workshop or on-site at any measuring point.

■Easy operation

Test Item By connecting the measuring device under test and a sufficiently accurate reference pressure measuring device to the test pump, the same pressure acts on both measuring devices. By comparing two measured values ​​at a given pressure value, you can check the accuracy of the pressure gauge during the test and adjust the pressure gauge.

■Easy handling

The model CPP4000-X comparison test pump is of the hydraulic type and can generate up to 4000 bar (58,000 psi). Technically identical to model CPB3800HP deadweight tester. Two built-in spindle pumps with switching valves quickly supply pressure to the test system and ensure smooth pressure generation. At the same time, precisely adjustable spindle pumps are suitable for fine adjustment of pressure. Internal pressure piping diagrams are included for quick and easy operation with measurement base equipment. The two test connections have union type G 1/2F connections with sealed metal cones. Comes with two screw adapters M16x1.5 M. Separate thread adapters are available for instruments with different connection threads.

■Compact instrument specifications

Of particular note is that the CPP4000-X is compact and the spindle runs inside the pump body, so the pressure does not change during operation. In addition, the lightweight CPP4000-X is suitable for field applications because it has a sturdy ABS resin case.
