About This Product

■ Scope of use

Test pumps are used as pressure generators for testing, adjusting, and calibrating mechanical and electronic pressure gauges. These units can be used in the laboratory, workshop or on-site at any measuring point.

■Easy operation

Test Item By connecting the measuring device under test and a sufficiently accurate reference pressure measuring device to the test pump, the same pressure acts on both measuring devices. By comparing two measured values ​​at a given pressure value, you can check the accuracy of the pressure gauge during the test and adjust the pressure gauge.

■Easy handling

Model CPP120-X Comparison Test Pump is a pneumatic comparison test pump capable of delivering pressures up to 120 bar (1740 psi). Technically identical to model CPB3500 deadweight tester. Individual test points can be easily controlled by adjusting the two attached valves for pressure input and output. For precise pressure settings for comparative testing, the test pump features a fine adjustment valve. External pressure or vacuum source connections are located on the rear panel. The two test connections have union type G 1/2 female threads. Different thread adapters are available for instruments with different connection threads.

■Compact instrument specifications

Particularly noteworthy is that the CPP120-X is compact and the spindle runs inside the pump body, so the pressure does not change during operation. In addition, the lightweight CPP120-X is suitable for field applications because it has a sturdy ABS resin case.
