■ Scope of use
Test pumps are used as pressure generators for testing, adjusting, and calibrating mechanical and electronic pressure gauges. These pressure tests can typically be performed in the laboratory, workshop, or on-site at any measurement point. Models CPP700-H and CPP1000-H hand test pumps are developed for on-site test pressure generation.
■Easy operation
By connecting the measuring device under test and a sufficiently accurate reference pressure measuring device to the test pump, the same pressure acts on both measuring devices when the pump is activated. By comparing two measured values at any pressure value, you can check the accuracy of the pressure measuring device under test and the adjustments made.
■Easy handling
CPP700-H and CPP1000-H hand test pumps are highly compact yet accurate up to 700 bar (10,000 psi) or 1,000 bar (14,500 psi) by internally converting system pressure to high pressure. Easily generates pressure. To achieve accurate pressure settings for comparative testing, this test pump features a fine adjustment valve. We recommend using calcium carbonate-free oil or clean water as the pressure transmission medium.
The reference instrument is screwed directly onto the top of the pump, and the instrument under test is connected using a G¼ female connection hose. The CPP700-H comes standard with a Minimess® 1620 test object hose system.
