■ Scope of use
Test pumps are used to generate pressure during the testing, adjustment and calibration of mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments by means of comparative measurements. These pressure tests can typically be performed in the laboratory, workshop, or on-site at any measurement point.
■Comfortable operation
When the test object and a suitable, accurate reference measuring device are connected to the test pump, the same pressure will act on both measuring devices when the pump is activated. When the instrument under test and a suitable, accurate reference instrument are connected to a test pump, the same pressure will act on both instruments when the pump is activated. To enable precise pressure generation at the measuring point, the test pump is fitted with a fine adjustment valve.
■Easy handling
Despite its compact size, the CPP30 test hand pump is capable of generating accurate test pressures of up to 35 bar (508psi). A toggle switch allows vacuum generation up to -950 mbar (-14 psi). The maximum achievable pressure or vacuum depends on the flow path capacity of the installed instrument. This test pump has a fine adjustment valve that allows precise pressure settings. The reference instrument is connected directly to the top of the pump, and the test instrument is connected via a connecting tube (length 0.5m / 19.69") with a G 1/4" internal thread.
