About This Product

■Certification that it is a standard device

Pressure standards (dead weight testers) are the most accurate products on the market for electrical and mechanical pressure measurement and calibration equipment. In addition to the direct measurement of pressure (p=F/A), this high-quality standard also offers very low measurement errors and long-term stability. This pressure standard (dead weight tester) can be used for many years in factories, calibration laboratories, laboratories, etc.

■Independent operation

Due to the combination of pressure generation and a purely mechanical measuring mechanism, the pressure standard CPG 3800 is well suited for on-site maintenance and service applications.

■Basic principle

The generated pressure is defined by the quotient of the vertical downward force and the effective cross-sectional area. The main component of the pressure standard CPB3800 is a precisely manufactured piston-cylinder system that allows each measurement point to be measured. The load is proportional to the target pressure and can be obtained using an optimally graduated weight. As standard, these weights are manufactured with standard gravity (9.80665m/s^2), but can be adapted to customer-specific installations as well as UKAS calibration.

■Special specifications for pressure standards

・Measurement error is ±0.025% of measured value ・Accuracy can be upgraded to 0.006% by using CPS 5800 / CPM 5800 - Compatible with original DH Budenberg 580 series for direct replacement when setting pressure - Calibration records that can be traced to national standards are included as standard, and UKAS calibration records are available as an option. ・The weight is made of stainless steel and can adapt to local gravity.

■Usage as a pressure standard

・As a standard for calibration, the pressure range for water pressure tests is 1,200 bar (16,000 psi) - Calibrator for testing, adjustment, and pressure gauges as a reference device in factories and calibration rooms. ・Ideal for on-site use as it is an independent calibrator
